Shipping Method

All physical products purchased from Points2Prove.co.uk are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Pre-Order Items

Some products available on our website are sold on a Pre-Order basis. These items are not held in stock at the time of purchase.

• Pre-Order items have an estimated lead time of 2–4 weeks before dispatch.

• Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production or supply factors.

• Orders containing Pre-Order items will be dispatched once the Pre-Order item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email. Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
